We guarantee friendly customer service, high quality standards, and the best produce in town ! Our seasonal box subscriptions are filled with source identified produce from regional and local farmers. Although, we occasionally import fruits and vegetables from tropical areas. If we happen to have produce that is not certified organic but grown using organic practices, it will always be labeled so everyone is informed. If at any time you are not pleased with a product or order, we'll be happy to hear your concern. Please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a replacement.
WHERE IS OUR FOOD GROWN ?
This season our vegetables are locally grown in small farms throughout Metro Atlanta. Our small urban footprint calls for us to work with dedicated farmers who support sustainable agriculture. Every product is sourced from third party verified farms throughout Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas. Although we source from various farms, we're committed to supporting local farmers in Atlanta and surrounding counties. HOW MANY WILL THE BOX SHARE FEED ?
HALF SHARE : Qty. of Items - 9-10 mixed fruits and vegetables FEEDS : 2-3
FULL SHARE : Qty. of Items - 17-20 mixed fruits and vegetables FEEDS : 5-7
CAN I ORDER BY THE WEEK ?
Yes. In order to receive weekly deliveries you must join our food hub, that offers weekly produce deliveries, free recipes, membership rewards card, access to +4,000 organic and natural brand products, discount on store items, member only events, catering, and vegan meal planning services. WHERE CAN I PICK UP ?
Box shares are delivered to designated drop off sites throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties. We also do home deliveries for an additional fee. HOW DOES THE BI-WEEKLY PICK-UP WORK ?
Your box share is delivered to your preferred location in a white box with your name and receipt of purchased attached. Upon your arrival please check with site coordinator to show your I.D. (Must Match Record) and sign off for your pick up. Feel free to bring your shopping bag to transfer your fruits and veggies.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE PICK-UP OR MISS THE DELIVERY ?
We totally understand.....LIFE HAPPENS ! If you know ahead of time that you won't be able to pick up. Please make arrangements to have a friend or family member pick up your food 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery/pick-up. You can also schedule an alternative pick up time and location that fits your schedule for an additional fee. If you like to schedule an alternative pick-up please note the change via email at email@example.com.
ATLANTA TRAFFIC ? NO WORRIES. If you miss your delivery we offer a once per season replacement box. Replacements are filled with the remaining inventory which may consist of specialty products, artisan cheese, herbs, eggs, and more. This box can be picked up at your preferred food hub location or added to your next delivery.
I AM A SINGLE PERSON. CAN I SPLIT MY BOX SHARE PAYMENT WITH MY FRIEND/CO-WORKER/ROOMMATE ?
ABSOLUTELY ! We're happy you asked ! We want to make our produce affordable and practical for everyones budget. Our box share price is fixed so you can split the monthly installment price with another person to receive ( 1 ) box share that is divided for two people. If your interested in splitting the monthly cost for the season email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete and sign SPLIT AGREEMENT and receive group code for purchases.
HOW DO INSTALLMENTS WORK ?
Payments are made each month on the 1st to secure the remaining box shares for the season. Box share subscribers should order and pay for their shares via SQUARE SHOP. You can arrange for automatic payments by emailing email@example.com and completing the Monthly Automatic Payment Agreement.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS ?
We currently use SQUARE and CLOVER which accepts all major credit and debit cards. We are unable to take SNAP benefits at this time, please check back with us by March 2017.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Our farmers work hard to sustain their efforts through our box share subscriptions. Subscribing to our season is a commitment to our farmers for the full growing season. We prefer that you honor your commitment to our farmers and staff. However, we understand that things happen so if you run into one those times, we only ask for a small donation of $25.00 for canceling your monthly subscription. In the event you wish to cancel the entire subscription mid-way through the season, we will only refund in the amount of 2 box shares.
